Privacy Policy

Effective date: 18 October 2026 · Applies to Tap Tiles 4 and other apps published by Chime Game

This policy explains what information Chime Game (“we”, “us”) collects when you play our games, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. Our games do not ask you to create an account and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number inside the game.

1. Who we are

Chime Game is the developer and publisher of Tap Tiles 4 and the controller of the information described here.

Email: chimegamestudio@gmail.com

2. Information we collect

Stored only on your device

Your game progress (scores, stars, unlocked songs and themes), settings (volume, language, vibration, music sync) and in-game choices are saved on your device. They are not sent to us and are removed when you uninstall the game.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, health or payment information.

3. How we use it

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and on our legitimate interest in operating, measuring and securing the game for analytics and crash reports. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 5).

4. Third-party services

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers below, which process it under their own privacy terms:

AdMob may work with other ad networks and measurement partners to fill ad requests; you can see them in the consent message shown in the game where it applies.

More on how ads appear in our games: Advertising.

6. Retention

Information on your device stays until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Information held by Firebase and AdMob is kept for the retention periods set in those services — Analytics event data for no longer than 14 months and Crashlytics crash reports for about 90 days — and is then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights and data deletion

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, to object to or restrict its processing and to withdraw consent. Because the game has no accounts, the simplest ways to remove data are:

If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our games are not directed to children under 13, and in the EEA we do not knowingly process information of anyone under 16 for personalised advertising. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers and security

Google may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, using safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to analytics is limited to the people who work on the game.

10. California and other US states

Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, personalised advertising may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing, delete or reset your advertising ID (Android) or turn off tracking (iOS) as described in section 5, or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

11. Rights by region

Our games are available in many countries and in 17 languages. Wherever you live, you keep the rights your local data protection law gives you, in addition to those in section 7. The main laws in our markets are:
