Chime GameTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Chime Game (“we”, “us”) for the use of our games and this website (the “Services”). By downloading or playing our games you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the games or any part of them;
- reverse engineer, decompile or extract the game's code, music, charts, art or other content, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots, modified clients or other tools that interfere with the game, its ads or its analytics;
- generate fake ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise defraud our advertising partners.
3. Free play, ads and rewards
The games are free to download and are supported by advertising. Some features — reviving after a miss, unlocking a song or a theme — can be obtained by watching a rewarded ad. Rewards are granted only when an ad is completed, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data. Ad availability depends on our partners and is not guaranteed. See Advertising.
4. Content and intellectual property
The games and all their content — software, visual design, characters, themes, charts, recordings and trademarks such as “Chime Game” and “Tap Tiles” — are owned by Chime Game or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Music compositions in the public domain remain free for everyone; the arrangements, recordings and charts made for the game are not.

5. Updates and availability
We may update, change or remove features, songs or themes, and may suspend or discontinue a game at any time. Some content is downloaded from the internet and needs a connection. We are not responsible for data charges from your mobile operator.

7. Third-party services and stores
The games use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase, and are distributed through Google Play and the App Store. Your use of those services and stores is also subject to their own terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the games, except that they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these terms against you.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chime Game will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, which for free games is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the games. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 11 continue after termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country or region where you live, and any dispute may be brought before the courts there. This covers every market where our games are offered, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil and the rest of Latin America, Vietnam, Russia, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Turkey, India and the Arabic-speaking countries.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the consumer protection or data protection laws of your country give you and that cannot be waived by contract. If a provision of these terms is invalid under your local law, it applies only to the extent permitted, and the rest of the terms remain in effect.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will let you know in the game or on this site, and continuing to play after it takes effect means you accept it.
